Digital Products Policy

1. Digital Product

RentivaPro is a digital software product provided exclusively in electronic form. No physical product or printed materials are shipped.

By purchasing RentivaPro, you obtain a software license that allows you to activate the full version of the application.

2. Trial Version

The free trial version provides access to all software features for thirty (30) days, with a limit of:

Up to 3 properties
Up to 3 tenants

After purchasing a license, the same installation is converted into the full version without requiring reinstallation or causing any loss of your existing data.

3. Activation Process

After completing your purchase:

Download or continue using the RentivaPro trial version.
Submit your Machine Code using the activation form.
Your personal Activation Code will be generated.
The Activation Code will be sent to the email address provided during your purchase.

4. Software License

Each software license includes:

Activation on up to two (2) computers owned and used by the same user.
Up to three (3) Activation Code reissues upon request via email.

The license is personal, non-transferable, and may not be assigned, resold, or otherwise transferred to any third party.

5. Digital Product Delivery

Delivery of the digital product is completed when the customer's personal Activation Code is sent to the email address provided during the purchase.

No separate full-version installation package is delivered.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of the product (a digital software license), refunds cannot be issued after the Activation Code has been generated and delivered, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience any technical issue during activation, RentivaPro will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy
