RentivaPro is a digital software product provided exclusively in electronic form. No physical product is shipped.

To help you evaluate the software before purchasing, a free 30-day trial version is available, supporting up to:

3 tenants

This allows you to explore the software's features before deciding to purchase a license.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable consumer protection laws, the supply of digital content may begin immediately only with the customer's explicit consent.

By completing your purchase and receiving your personal Activation Code, you acknowledge and agree that:

You request the immediate supply of the digital product; and
You understand that, once the supply of the digital product has begun, your right of withdrawal may no longer apply, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Refund Policy

Once your personal Activation Code has been generated and delivered, refunds cannot be issued except where required by applicable law.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience any issues during activation or while using RentivaPro, please contact us.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly or, where necessary, reissue your Activation Code in accordance with the terms of your software license.

5. Incorrect Purchases

If you believe you have made a purchase by mistake or have been charged incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible.

Each request will be reviewed individually, provided that the Activation Code has not yet been generated and issued.
