Terms of Use (End User License Agreement – EULA)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, activating, or using the RentivaPro software, you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Use (EULA).
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the software.
2. License Grant
By purchasing RentivaPro, you obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
This license is granted solely to the purchaser and may not be transferred to any third party.
3. Activation
The software is activated using a unique Machine Code and Activation Code.
The Activation Code is issued exclusively for the specific computer on which the software is installed.
4. Use on Two Computers
Each software license permits activation on up to two (2) computers owned and used by the same user.
The same license may not be used simultaneously by different users or organizations.
5. Activation Code Reissues
Each license includes up to three (3) Activation Code reissues upon request via email.
Additional reissues may be granted at the sole discretion of RentivaPro.
6. Restrictions
You may not:

Copy or distribute the software license;

Resell the software;
-
Rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the license to third parties;

Decompile the software;
-
Reverse engineer or disassemble the software;

Modify or bypass the activation mechanism;

Use unauthorized or illegally obtained activation codes.
7. Trial Version
The trial version is provided for a period of thirty (30) days and supports up to:

3 properties
-
3 tenants
After purchasing a license, all previously entered data will remain available without requiring a new installation.
8. Intellectual Property
RentivaPro is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
All rights, title, and interest in the software, including its design, source code, graphics, documentation, and content, are the exclusive property of RentivaPro.
9. Updates
RentivaPro may provide software updates or new versions from time to time.
RentivaPro is under no obligation to provide updates at any specific frequency.
10. Technical Support
Technical support is provided via email.
RentivaPro will make every reasonable effort to provide timely assistance to its users.
11. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind.
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the proper operation of the software, RentivaPro does not guarantee that the software will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RentivaPro shall not be liable for:

Loss of data;

Loss of profits;

Business interruption;
-
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software.
The user is solely responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their data.
12. License Termination
RentivaPro reserves the right to terminate or revoke the software license if these Terms of Use are violated.
13. Changes to the Terms
These Terms of Use may be modified at any time.
The most current version will always be available on the RentivaPro website.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
